"Amazon Information" refers to any data retrieved through Amazon's SP-API, Brand Analytics API, or other Amazon APIs, including but not limited to: sales data, inventory data, order information, traffic and conversion metrics, search term reports, market basket data, and item comparison data.
Data Collection & Sources
- Records are collected exclusively through Amazon's official SP-API and Brand Analytics APIs
- Access is granted only with explicit seller authorization via Amazon OAuth
- We do not scrape Amazon websites or use unauthorized collection methods
- We do not combine Amazon Information with non-Amazon external sources
Data Retention & Deletion
- Amazon Information is retained only while your account is actively connected
- Historical records are maintained for reporting purposes during the active subscription period
- Upon account disconnection, Amazon Information is automatically deleted within 30 days
- You may request immediate deletion of your Amazon Information at any time by contacting
- Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days
